10/06/2008 - In efforts to continue getting
Aurora more comfortable in large crowds and
different places, I took her with me to a fall
festival where there would be kids, people,
games, loud noises, etc. She received a lot of
attention. While there a few people asked if she
had just had puppies, in which I of course
assured them she had not, but that she was in
heat about a month ago. Well, the next day, I
remembered that when Bishop was brought
home, my husband so kindly let the dogs out. I
panicked and said "Please tell me you didn't
let Bishop and Aurora out together?!" and
well the look on his face said it all. I asked how
long, and he said only about 15 minutes. I ran
outside and Bishop wasn't cleaning himself and
Aurora didn't look "happy, " so I just put it out of
my mind.
Well, they did, and it took, so we had her
x-rayed and there are 6 or more! She is due
around 10/18/2008.

But they are really doing well.
12/01/2008 - 6 week mark; all puppies had their
first set of shots. They have all done well with
getting them. They also received a 2nd dose of
de-worming.
My parents came to visit and mom stacked the
babies and I was able to get some good
pictures and have created videos on all of them
so make sure you scroll down!
12/08/2008 - 7 weeks. Only one more week
before they can go home to their parents and I
can only hope and pray that my fostering was
better than excellent.
